Bought used truck and warranty for it. It was in service more days than at my home. I traded it in and lost thousands of dollars to avoid a continuing money pit. Two trips to replace a back window switch and they still didn’t get it right. 1st they didn’t have the switch said they had to order it and it’s back ordered. Called and said it was in and scheduled for and didn’t get it right. 1st they didn’t have the switch said they had to order it and it’s back ordered. Called and said it was in and scheduled for and install drive 30 minutes to the dealership only to find out when try to install it that it was not the correct switch and would need to reschedule again. This is costing me numerous trips and valuable time that I don’t have. Do better! More
