Friendly and fast, but didn't complete everything We had our 2018 Optima in for its 3rd regular maintenance recently. As with our first two visits, the process was fast and easy with friendly service We had our 2018 Optima in for its 3rd regular maintenance recently. As with our first two visits, the process was fast and easy with friendly service staff. But a few days after our visit, the tire pressure warning light came on. I figured we had picked up a nail, but when I checked all four tires had only 27 pounds of pressure, when they are supposed to be inflated to 34. Clearly the tech simply didn't check and fill the tires. Not really a big deal, but ... now I'm wondering if any other services were missed. Did they actually rotate the tires? I have no way to know.
