Bad experience I just got a brand new car with in the first 2 weeks the engine light was on. We took it to the dealer. They never once called me to let me know what I just got a brand new car with in the first 2 weeks the engine light was on. We took it to the dealer. They never once called me to let me know what was going on . I had to call 2 times to see what was going on and they did not have a solution to the problem. The car was there since 8:30am until 5:30pm. I had to call again around 5 to see if the car was ready they said yes. When i picked it up they said it was a system upgrade. Not even 5 days letter the engine light is on once again. I’ll be taking the car in tomorrow, once again. The worst part is i called the guy Larry Eacho who was working with me left voice mails and he never once responded or called back. I had to call service and request to work with someone else. We’ll see if i have to get the one having to reach out and see what’s going on. And we’ll see if they’re considera at the fact i need the car to get to school and work. More

Outstanding I’ve had my Volvo XC60 for almost 2 years. Prior I drove Mercedes Benz E Series. I have the Inscription and it drives wonderful,. It’s heavy and pow I’ve had my Volvo XC60 for almost 2 years. Prior I drove Mercedes Benz E Series. I have the Inscription and it drives wonderful,. It’s heavy and powerful. I would compare and say “apples to apples”. The negative is the dealership is located west, and it’s far when you live east. I haven’t had any major issues but have needed service a couple of times. If you don’t own a Volvo or have never driven one do yourself a favor and go see John Falciglia, General Manager or call him to schedule a test drive. My recommendation is to start your initial appointment with him and only him for the best customer service. If you already own a Volvo and have not had the best of experiences with the service department ask for Rennie Singh, Service Manager. He is awesome. These two gentlemen absolutely understand how important customer service is. I must say they are outstanding and have excellent people skills. The reasons I left Mercedes Benz Is they became Auto Nation and the great customer service I was use to ended. If you want to drive a luxury vehicle and be treated nicely go see John Falciglia. He can make it happen. I am not that person who reads reviews or writes them. This was well deserved and worth the time to write. Thank you for the great service. More
