Issam is funny, kept the test drive experience fun - very knowledgeable on the model I inquired on - and came tolerably close to the payments I wanted to make. My husband met Issam on a different day and also had a good impression. As for the general service, EVERYONE was friendly. Great Wararanty service I just purchased my 4th Volkswagen from Gunther, a new Golf GTI. After the first wash I noticed that two of the window trim moldings were not fitting I just purchased my 4th Volkswagen from Gunther, a new Golf GTI. My Service Adviser Norman and the crew there was very helpful in fixing my new baby and making it right the first time.
