Early trade in I decided to trade my 2018 S90 in very early (19 months) and swap for a 2019 XC60. I found that the S90 was too much car for me. I reached out to the sales manager on a Tuesday and on Saturday about 5:00 pm I was driving home in an XC60. My sales professional Sham was great to work with. He was patient with me as I debated the colors and features of a new car. He was not influential or tried to persuade me one way or the other. He worked with the finance manager and other decision makers in offices to come back with a fair deal. Of course the consumer always thinks the deal could be better, but I understood that I made the decision to bring back the car 19 months early. Overall it was a very good experience.
