Said they don't have one. Website states that they do. Then service advisor said that they use Uber service, up to 10 miles distance. Checked distance to my house, 10.2 miles. Asked if this was okay. Service advisor said that they usually only serve South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger areas (I am on the West side of Elkhart). So it is not up to 10 miles but rather the area you live in? I stated that I would pay for the ride. It is nice to have a free shuttle (Uber), but I do not have a problem paying for a ride. Service advisor said that this was okay. So when this was finally all done, I asked if the ride was going to be available in the morning then, or if I had to do something. Service Advisor said that they will schedule once I was checked in but Uber often runs into shortage of drivers in the morning, and it could be up to 1 hour before a ride becomes available. Hello! I have to work for living, why don't you disclose this information before and without being asked? I have to make arrangements with work. Some might say this was like pulling teeth. I, as a paying customer, should not have to to go through a questionnaire to make sure I am covered. So let's see how the actual service job (work performed) is going to be. More
