Worst experience ever drove the car 3 times since I bought it kept having miss fires and the hyandai dealer said the engine was no good now they have to put a new engine and wanted to return it two wee bought it kept having miss fires and the hyandai dealer said the engine was no good now they have to put a new engine and wanted to return it two weeks ago and the finance man said no so I am filing a complaint with the bbb and called channel 2 and 5 news to investigate and the car also had a 346 day old recall for the cylinder noise detection system and I thought you guys were selling certified cars and that’s a lie More

Rating is what it is because I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. And made sure to let the service coordinator that if the was going to be kept for mo vehicle serviced. I scheduled my appointment and dropped it off. And made sure to let the service coordinator that if the was going to be kept for more than a couple days I would need a courtesy vehicle. The car wasn’t even looked at (diagnosed) within the first couple days. When I called to explain the situation again, I was left no other option than to pick up my vehicle as I had to have transportation to/from work. The repeated request for a courtesy vehicle was denied and it was suggested I rent a car. I simply require a dealership that is more accommodating with a courtesy vehicle and it doesn’t seem like that is an option at the Gurnee VW. That being said, the service coordinator at drop off was very pleasant!! More
