Great experience, fast, no nonsense. Sandi worked with us and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We thought we got a fair deal and service with our used car purchase. Avoid this dealership. Difficult to deal with. Not honest (signed contract for VW credit for lower interest rate - Gurnee VW switched our loan to Capital One with a higher Difficult to deal with. Not honest (signed contract for VW credit for lower interest rate - Gurnee VW switched our loan to Capital One with a higher interest rate without our knowledge or permission - lodged formal complaint with Volkswagen). Car also had large dent under door. They did not inspect the car when it arrived. Although the dealer did finally make repairs (after serious hounding), and they did supply a loaner car, the fact they did not inspect the car before selling it to us was pure laziness on the part of Sandi. Sandi is very difficult to get ahold of - will wait days before responding to emails or phone messages. Look for a different dealer - life is too short. More
