My interaction with the man who met me and took information regarding the issues was not good. In the past the service associates have been pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Not good. It definitely tainted my opinion of bringing my car back to your location for service. Interestingly I was there due to a "we've missed you" coupon for an oil change and I figured I could have another issue checked while there. After being told it would cost me $150 to even tell me if it was covered by warranty, I skipped it. More

Buying my truck from u was a horrible experience. Then Had tires put on it you left Lube all over the tires all over the rims we had to go and get cleaned after we picked it up after showed Mike. You would think after spending a $1000 on tires that you would wash the rims off and the tires so they looked decent.. I'm NOT Impressed with your sloppiness. ROSE More

It was my first time buying a car and the staff was patient with my family and I. The only things I did not like was a new paint job warranty added on that I did not ask for. The seller said that the car went through the dealer place’s inspections and should be fine but when I had the car checked by a car repair shop they told me I needed about $2,000 in future repairs. It’s still in my budget but I wish I knew beforehand. Otherwise I’m very happy I bought my first car here! More
