Rohrman auto is one of the nicest auto dealerships I have ever been to. Even in the middle of tons of construction. Ron, and Rich were able to make me feel cared for and important. Service was fine, front desk assistance was terrible. Both individuals at the desk simple look at you and then go about their day. How would rate a shop if it took them 4 hour to do your oil change ??? Scheduled two weeks in advance. 8am got to dealer at 7:30 am to be first in line. 4 hours!!!. My first attempt 3 weeks ago the dealer oil change ??? Scheduled two weeks in advance. 8am got to dealer at 7:30 am to be first in line. 4 hours!!!. My first attempt 3 weeks ago the dealer told me it would only take a hour when i made my appointment then when i got there they told me 2 and a half hours. I sat at yoir dealership for 45 minutes and my car never moved so i cancelled. So now i have over 5 and a half hour into a oil change on my 2021 jetta. I was going to upgrade to a GTI or R next year but thinking sell my Jetta so i never have to get a 5 hour oil change again. More
