Gurnee VW changed my tire and put back unmatching ugly black hardware. I have Ring doorbell footage showing I left for the dealer that Morning with matching hardware. They claim I am incorrect. I feel as though my car was not looked at until a few hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting. After my appointment my rain sensing windshield wipers no longer function properly and my rear view mirror rattles when driving. I now have a follow up appointment for this Saturday at 8:00 to address wipers and mirror. More

I had an appointment but they didn’t take my car until an hour after. They charged me $150 to top off my coolant.
