Overall it’s a good dealer, usually don’t have any issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer. Finance guy had wrong price on car. Tried to charge me more for it. He messed up all the numbers. He DOUBLED the tax. Tried to add an extra fee.
