The dealer sold me a truck not safe for on road driving. Apparently missing lug nuts and broken wheel studs passes their pre-sale safety inspection, the suspension is so bad it makes me feel as though the t Apparently missing lug nuts and broken wheel studs passes their pre-sale safety inspection, the suspension is so bad it makes me feel as though the truck is going to leave the pavement over bumps. This would have been found on the test drive if Ron Monaco the salesman didn't make me get off the freeway after one mile. To top this terrible experience off, after I told Rocco the sales manager that I wasn't interested in any additional services for the truck, only the amount we agreed upon for the truck, tax, title, registration and documentation fees, the finance agent slipped in a $4K warranty and $2,515 "Smart Diver" service in the paperwork where I missed it. I told him I wasn't interested in a warranty and he said it's "included in the purchase at no additional cost" so I left it alone. The "Smart Driver" service was never even mentioned, literally have no idea what it is, but was charged for it. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, buyer beware! More
