Jasin made my visit worthwhile; he was straight forward, did not operate like a salesman but more like an advisor/friend. Everyone was very nice but the paperwork process was painful to say the least. Names were misspelled repeatedly, phone numbers wrong and SSN incorrect. I told the dealership my credit was locked and di painful to say the least. Names were misspelled repeatedly, phone numbers wrong and SSN incorrect. I told the dealership my credit was locked and did I need to do anything else. They told me no - everything was fine. Well I’ve received two “sorry we couldn’t extend credit letters”. I would have preferred one of those lenders instead of who I finally ended up with after they questioned if I DID have it locked! Even tho I got a great rate with my excellent credit rating I feel it could have possibly been better. We won’t be using the dealer in the future but that is mostly because we live no where near Gurnee and can go to closer dealers. More
