Saw Matt the next day and he says go to the cashier to get keys, cashier is clueless and tells me to go back to service (Ruh RoH). Tony comes out and the excuses begin, we have not even looked at it yet, and we are backed up with other repairs, and some of our mechanics are on vacation, (So sorry) , and somehow he thinks that my car is most likely going to need a fuel pump replacement, apology, no loaner available, leave your car another day, ( Huh? ; fuel ...Whaat?). You guys could have called or texted to let me know about the delay or made the appointment at another time. Knowing what repairs may be needed before looking at the car was just another red flag. Got my keys and, GONE. More

My VW had a recall. The only employees wearing a mask was Tyler, who greeted and checked me in. Inside, service girl-no mask, parts guy-no mask. Signs all over about masks and IL + Gurnee Covid requirements, not being followed. Unmasked coffee drinking coughing mechanic tried to HAND me my keys when finished. I pulled out a Clorox wipe &immediately wiped keys and left. At home, discovered a part was knocked out and I had to go back. So frustrated, so disappointed. Everyone was nice, but the face that there was a communal shared coffee pot, no masks, no current cleaning record in the bathroom... Ruined the entire experience. More
