I spent 4 hours there and nothing got done. They tried selling me on items my car did not need (new front and rear brakes on a car that’s just over a year old, transmission service). I went in for my check engine light, was told they needed to order a part and I would have to come back next week. Got gas the next day and my check engine light went off. Wondering if I really needed that part they claimed i needed. Four hours spent there for nothing. More

I feel you are soo over priced and when I bring something to their attention it's never resolved or the steps are not taken to diagnose. They should take the vehicle out for a ride to see if the problem is n to their attention it's never resolved or the steps are not taken to diagnose. I made in person appointment for recall 2 weeks ahead. Nobody called to remind me about it. I dropped my car on evening day before and agreed to pick it up next day same time. When I asked why, they said they had no parts. And, at the end of the day, parts still were not ordered. So I asked why nobody told me about it before I dropped my car so I would not waste my day. They said they needed car to scan VIN. When I got upset, they told me that they were doing me a favor. I spoke with service manager and he had no explanation for me, so I immediately cancelled the service and demanded returning the car. The was no apology. More
