Very disappointing I called this morning to inquire about a car I found on autotrader. I spoke with a fellow named Lucas. I made an appointment to arrive at 2:30 pm. I d I called this morning to inquire about a car I found on autotrader. I spoke with a fellow named Lucas. I made an appointment to arrive at 2:30 pm. I drove 125 miles each way to view this car. I arrived promptly at 2:30 and was met by Jay. I asked for Lucas and was told he is just an internet guy. “His job is to get you into the store, my job is to get you into a car. Jay looked up the car I was there to see. He gathered my info, took a copy of my license, got my key and registration for my current car so they could take a look at it while we test drove the new car. We went outside and he informed me we needed to go to another location to view the car. We waited For a van that drove us a few miles away to a warehouse. As we went inside this gigantic warehouse I was told the car I wanted to see was at the end of the right side. i walked the what felt like 2 football fields looking all around for the Audi Q5. I finally found it and looked all around the car. I was out there for a very long time when Jay finally appeared and asked if the car was open. I told him that it is locked. He said they were having difficulty getting into the key safe. I was left alone again for quite sometime looking all around what was a very dirty, dusty car. I noticed that there was a dent in the front bumper of the car. I walked all the way to the front of the building again told Jay to forget it. The car has a dent. He said let’s go look at it. By this time he finally has a key. As we walked back I asked if he had two keys as the car I was interested in was in the middle row and would require moving another car. He did not have a second key. By now I have had it. I mentioned that I made an appointment. This car should have been pulled, cleaned up and ready for me. He said they have way too many appointments every day for that. I left and drove the 125 miles back home I’m a very heavy rain and lightning storm. I would never recommend anyone go to an HGreg store. I did not find the experience to be anything but a waste of time. Jackie Nary. More

This guy actually told me if I wasn't completely happy with what Id seen he wouldn't want to buy a car either. He actually told me he was glad to meet me and had a good time, no problem, even said I could call if I needed help finding the car I was looking for. He did ask me to refer my friends and family which I will definitely do! Smart move Francisco. More
