First I will say that the sales process was fine. The salesperson that helped us was very kind. However, they sold a car that had many pre-existing problems including a motor issue that is causing The salesperson that helped us was very kind. We were told that there were badly done repairs on the car. Therefore, their inspection process must not be thorough. The dealership we have taken it to for the issues stated that everything they have found should have been discovered in the inspection. HGreg states there is nothing they can do to help us because we didn’t purchase the extended warranty which mind you I’ve never purchased when buying used vehicles. Usually I get my used vehicles from a dealership though so I guess that was my mistake with trusting HGreg to thoroughly inspect a vehicle before putting it on the lot. Also, whoever I spoke to on the phone to inquire about whether anything can be done was very rude. “Did you buy the extended warranty? Oh. No? Then I can’t help you.” All without even waiting for me to even ANSWER him whether or not we purchased the extended warranty or not. If we’re ever in the market to buy a car again we will steer clear of them. More
