If you need any service done, forget about scheduling it on your time because you have to wait for them to call you and THEN you schedule. Also, the manager on duty looked at me standing there waiting to talk to him and resumed working on his computer. I stood there for another 7-8 minutes before asking the receptionist if there was another manager I could speak with. Who leaves a customer standing there while you continue working on the computer??? My issue hasn’t been resolved and I’m waiting for a callback, it’ll be interesting to see how long the wait will be for them to take care of the concern More
