So two year ago I purchased an 2019 x5 from this dealer( Huntington location) for $52,000 and now I went to the same dealership( Bayshore location) and was told I have neg Equity of 16k which blows my mind Huntington location) for $52,000 and now I went to the same dealership( Bayshore location) and was told I have neg Equity of 16k which blows my mind as I never missed a payment, I did had one minor bumper accident which was fix with the highest Quality . So how am I’m in should neg equity unless they over charged dramatically two years ago. I even ask if they would meet me 1/2 way in reaching a fair payment if I given them 25k down payment. Answer no. I feel taken for a ride. Stay away from Habberstad bmw. I been with bmw for 25 years now I will never buy another one. The ultimate driving machine has poor Depreciation value. Stay away. Going to Range Rover now to see if I can get out this mess Habberstad cause. Horrible service. Salesman’s was nice and tried but there is only so much he could do, thanks to Habberstad I will never do business with bmw ever again . Never had this issue ever with Rallye or manhatten bmw who I used in past over 7 times before the Lemon Habberstad sold me. Disgusted More

I wrote a long statement about how dishonestly the lease was handled and completed, but it was deleted! Luckily, I took pictures of what I wrote on my phone and will mail it to the New York State Attorney G was handled and completed, but it was deleted! I don't care what I signed on your financial person's IPAD. NO ONE EVER REVIEWED THE LEASE WITH ME, even after it was printed. The finance person just shoved it into the Habberstadt car folder and it was all "Congratulations & handshaking, with her and James, which felt disgusting to me, and out the door to the car. I only drove halfway home and asked my husband to drive the other half. The car sat all of the next day undriven, because I had such a bad feeling about everything. If you think what you did was fine, you should have handled your dishonest process with a dishonest person. I have terrible reactions to such subversive situations, but by today I've decided to put things in perspective and enjoy all the blessings I have. Unfortunately for you, I just happen to be a very up front, do things the right way, look straight into the mirror, do unto others kind of person and I knew what you did, but I wanted the car, so I paid for it. It's great to purchase things on sale, BUT when I want something, I will pay the price. Thought you were dealing with a cheap...person? I wasn't trying to get the price of the car down, I only wanted to see how all the numbers came about. I still don't know that; especially regarding the extra lease payments on the Mercedes. You said you'd take care of them. Or did I? NOTHING relieves you from the smoke and mirror devices that you utilize to deceive the public. Even if nothing comes of my letters, etc., someone, somewhere might find out that Habberstadt is not such a good place to do business. I know one person who has a story to tell. More
