My car was serviced here, sent there for a known exhaust leak and oil leak. They called me, said they fixed it. I returned my BMW lease on February 6, 2026, and the vehicle was accepted and signed in by Habberstad BMW (vehicle condition checklist completed). Despite this, BMW Financial Services is billing me as if the vehicle was returned on March 17, 2026, resulting in a $917 prorated charge. I met in person with the General Sales Manager, who acknowledged the issue and said it would be corrected. It has not been fixed, and my follow-up email has gone unanswered. The vehicle was out of my possession as of February 6. Any delay in processing is internal to the dealership, and I should not be charged for that.
