He is a consummate professional and gentleman, It was the least painful experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, With his patience and expertise I found exactly what I was looking for and at the end of our day- and it was a busy day with all my questions and demands- yet Mike was able to answer all my questions and met my truck requirement demands to the tee. I am the proud owner of a 2017 Ford F250 Super Duty crew cab 4x4 truck with every amenity I wanted and few more at a price that no one else could come close to matching, My other son will be the third of our family to return to Hagerstown Ford and will request Mike Reid specifically ( Mike comes highly recommended by myself and his brother).
