After having a truck literally sold out from under me at another Ford dealer I decided to reach out to an old contact at Hagerstown Ford. In 2001 I purchased an F-350 dually and was pleased with the service. I had been in contact with Mike Reid, manager of commercial sales, and had checked out a couple pre-owns that didn't fit the bill. Finally, I decided to take a look at some new models and Mike put together a deal on a new F-350 dump truck that suited my needs. The pricing allowed me to opt for 4 wd, an option out of reach elsewhere, and he made the buying process smooth. There was absolutely no pressure. When I would moan out loud about the cost, associated costs, etc,. Mike would calmly answer questions and gave me time to sort things out for myself. Several days later we got a call that he had the vehicle we were looking for. We met him and Mike Reid late one evening, they knew what we needed to make the deal work for us and the first offer they provided was exactly the offer we needed. Even though it what late the guys stayed took care of all paperwork and honestly it was so easy. We hated to keep them there after hours but they insisted it wasn't a problem and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend both the dealership and the salesmen. More
