My Service Dept experience Having relocated from Cape Cod to Central NJ recently one of my many concerns was finding a Ford dealer to service my 2010 F150. The dealer I had used for 15 years on Cape Cod had set a very high standard for service and sales. Opinions were limited as I asked around my area, not knowing to many people was part of the reason. After looking at on line reviews and having an issue with my truck I decided to try Haldeman Ford. I am truly impressed with the service advisor Heather Cranmer and the techs she works with. As my truck now has a bit over 100,000 miles I do expect issues to arise. I prefer to deal with a franchised dealer. What Heather and her techs have provided me with is the courtesy, respect and the ability to listen to my complaint. They have diagnosed the problem correctly, ordered the parts and got me back in quickly to finish the job. Haven't visited the sales dept. yet, but the service dept. has very much come through for me. More

Friendly staff The whole staff is very friendly. Heather and Mike the mechanic get me in for service very quickly and answer any questions. I only trust Haldeman For The whole staff is very friendly. Good service even when booked Brought my vehicle in for an axle and trans issue. Luckily the only thing that ended up being wrong with the car was just the rear right halfshaft and Brought my vehicle in for an axle and trans issue.
