My Review of Hall Acura Virginia Beach:
My experience with Mark Stonis was excellent. My initial contact with Hall on this transaction was through an internet search for a new car. After initially communicating with Mr. Stonis to determine whether he had the RL that I wanted in stock I decided to look at another dealership. Hall had several TLs but only one RL in a color I was not interested in.
I contacted Priority Acura. Though they had several RLs available, I felt uncomfortable with their sales staff. There were issues with lack of candor. There were issues with price differentials quoted and I felt uncomfortable.
I contacted Mr. Stonis. Boy, am I happy I did! He was most accomodating and incredibly knowledgable. We discussed my wants and requirements and found an RL in a perfect color. I picked it up yesterday and so far, I love it!

My Review of Hall Acura Virginia Beach:
From the inception of my shopping expierence I was treated with courtesy and unparalled professionalism. This is our fourth vehicle and I can honestly say our experience at the other delaerships do not comapare to Hall Acura in Vabch, VA. I called Mr. Stonis and let him know that my husbsnd and I were pressed for time as our vehicle had been "totaled" and our rental agreement was up in two days on the loaner from the insurance company.
Mark worked with me on the phone quickly accomadating our budget. When we came into the dealership the next day the Business Office was able to present us with an even better deal than was previously discussed. The black ACURA RDX 2010 was detailed and looked amazing when we picked it up. I am glad that we opted for the addtional protective package that seals the external paint the leather interior.
My husband and I are both employes of the U. S Navy working with logistics. We know how important superior customer service is and thanks to Hall Acura of Virginia Beach and their staff we can finally say we've received that excellence from a Automotaive sales company. Thank you Mark...you rock!

Went looking for a new car and found one much to my liking. Ibought my last new car from Hall Acura and was confident I Would find another to replace it. Ed my service guy at Hall sent me directly to Kathy who set everything up and turned me over to Mark Stonis. Mark took care of everything from there on out. He was very professional and comfortable in his approach throughout the whole process . I Also met Mark,Sales M anager who took the time to introduce himself and assist when needed. I purchased a beautiful car at fair price. These are top notch people. They know their job and do it well treating people nicely at the same time. They and the Acura automobile are why I go to Hall Acura and will continue to do so.

Had a great experience with Hall Acura of Virginia Beach. Mark treated us as if we were his only and best customer even though we were just looking at a used vehicle. Mark was eager to let us drive the used Honda Odyssey we were interested in for the day.

Mark Stonis is a good friend of mine who located a used car that fit our budget and our needs just one day after my wife and I told him what we were looking for. He took the time to answer our questions on the phone and in-person, and he worked with the Hall Acura service department to replace a broken mirror and fix/paint a dent on the front fender before we picked up the car. Mark is an honest guy who will work hard to meet your new or used car needs.

My Review of Hall Acura Virginia Beach:
Excellent experience. My first new car purchase could not have gone better. There was really no pressure to speak of and I walked out with exactly what I wanted.

Mark Stonis and Mark Self were fantastic. They never steered me wrong and answered every question I had no matter how small. I asked for every cost and a total OTD price and I got it without hesitation. I highly recommend Hall Acura of Virigina Beach. Ask for Mark Stonis or Mark Self. They won't waste your time.

The service department is great as well. I had to re-schedule an appointment twice and I never received a negative remark and the service advisor was very polite the entire time.

Hall Acura is excellent all around. I will definitely come back for my next car purchase.

What a total pleasure to work with the Hall Acura Virginia Beach team. They made our new car buying experience enjoyable and rewarding from start to finish. Like no other we've had in more than 40 years. Low-pressure. Thorough. Fun!

Our sales representative, Ms. Shirley Cummings, was absolutely superb, from our first meeting at a regional auto show to my wife's drive off the lot in her new Acura TSX. Shirley was always courteous, responsive, patient and determined to make us comfortable. She made sure we got exactly the car we wanted and at the price we'd been quoted through the USAA car buying service. How easy Shirley and the Hall team made it all. She is the epitome of professionalism and integrity.

This was our first experience with Hall Auto, and it won't be our last. If there's any car Hall sells (at any of their dealerships)that strikes our fancy, Shirley will be our go-to sales rep.

This is my second experience with Hall Acura Virginia Beach, and they still continue to exceed my expectations! I was looking to get out of a lease, and purchase something affordable. The GM(Kathy),the used car manager (Brian), and Chris (the Finance guy) were very nice, willing to go the extra mile, and gave me a very fair price on my trade. But, it was my salesperson (Shirley Cummings) who sealed the deal. Her down to earth manner, and no pressure sales tactics made me really comfortable with my purchase.
