The Sales Department is great, but the Service Department is very dishonest, unprofessional and extremely slow. They do not honor their own coupons and you pay a much higher price for an oil change and tire is very dishonest, unprofessional and extremely slow. They do not honor their own coupons and you pay a much higher price for an oil change and tire rotation than their own coupon states. The last time I went in for an oil change/tire rotation, the technician spilled oil all over my engine, battery and down the fender onto the wheel & tire and just left it. I keep my vehicles looking better than new and this lack of respect for me & my vehicle was not how a customer should be treated. I will not be returning to their Service Department again. I found an honest dealership closer to my house that honors their coupons and respects their customers. Hall is a great place to purchase a vehicle, but their Service Department stinks. We actually bought 2 new vehicles at the same time. More
