Ricardo was the sales manager that I worked with, and he was awesome from start to finish. He was super knowledgable about the car/trim options, and I never felt pressured at all. I also really appreciated that he let us test drive the car alone. He was very responsive with follow up questions after the test drive, but did NOT spam me with emails like other dealers did.
