Be careful when buying from out of state. I bought my Tiguan in October of last year and was just able to register it today, 5 months later. I trusted the finance manager at Hall and ended I bought my Tiguan in October of last year and was just able to register it today, 5 months later. I trusted the finance manager at Hall and ended up with a 41,000 garage decoration. He also lied about my sales tax that was 2100 more than he quoted. The advertisements Hall puts out in other states makes it all seem easy. It's not. More
