I would have to say this was one of the most painless car buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with Mike M. and he was a very laid back salesman. This service center deserves zero stars. My last appt. was “accidentally” changed by a service mgr. the morning of my appt. unbeknownst to me. I showed up for my confirmed appt (that I thought I still had was “accidentally” changed by a service mgr. the morning of my appt. unbeknownst to me. I showed up for my confirmed appt (that I thought I still had) and no one could find the appt. instead of making it right as it was their fault I no longer had the appt. they were frustrated and didn’t even make an attempt to fit me in. No one called to follow up. They all just stared at me as I got back in my car and left. Each time I’ve gone in for service the service “managers” have a hard time finding my info, make me stand there and wait, seem in convenienced and act completely inept. I am no longer using this dealer for service. Just too much frustration and ineptitude to be worth it. More

I recently purchased a 2015 Golf TDI Sportwagen from Hall at the 19809 W Bluemound Rd, Brookfield, WI location. The car was purchased via internet as I reside in north Idaho. The vehicle was advertised as at the 19809 W Bluemound Rd, Brookfield, WI location. The car was purchased via internet as I reside in north Idaho. The vehicle was advertised as being accident free. And upon brief inspection when the car was shipped to me it appeared to be in good condition. However, I just noticed rust under the front passenger side door handle and took the car to our local auto body shop. The shop advised me that both the front and back passenger doors had been repaired and repainted. When the door with the rust spot was disassembled additional damage and rust was discovered. It can be repaired but apparently at my expense. The "trust but verify" was not working here as I have a certified letter stating no damage. There has been no response from Hall. This review constitutes notice that all is not what it seems when making a purchase at this dealer. More
