With a short phone call, I was able to iron out the details and arrange a time to pick up the car. There were no unpleasant surprises when I arrived at the dealership. The car was ready and their paperwork matched what they emailed me. Mike went through everything I needed to know to feel comfortable driving off with a model that was new to me.
