Friendly and Fair 2 months before I was ready to buy my husband and I walked into the CB dealership and spoke with Maurice. He was very friendly and helpful, facilitated a test drive and answered all my questions. When we told him we were closing on a house and not ready to buy he met us with a smile and his card. Not the usual pushy, over-talkative aggressiveness we're used to seeing. Fast forward 2 months, we sought out Maurice because of his great customer service. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted when coming in and Maurice did everything in his salesman power to get the vehicle I wanted, the way I wanted. There were small hiccups with pricing due to my husband and I using True Car and negotiating with another dealer, but then the manager came out and went over pricing with us to work towards an amicable agreement. I had also requested upgrades within a specific overall budget, and we always felt like we were treated with respect and consideration. There was a small issue of when the vehicle would be available due to having to go and pick it up from another dealership and putting the upgrades on it, but when I expressed the necessity to have the vehicle on that particular day, Charles Barker Toyota certainly delivered. We came in under budget and always felt informed and well treated. If you're interested in a dealership that's willing to work with you, and a sale associate willing to work for you, I would recommend them hands down. More
