Let's just say that these other five dealerships could learn a lesson from Sam Zayed in salesmenship. Sam listened to my wants/needs in a car and stayed within my price range. Pulling a car off the showroom floor to take it for a test drive was not a problem. Sam was professional yet very pleasant. I never felt intimidiated just because I was a single woman purchasing a car (like I did at the other five places). Oleg, the finance manger, was a nice and humorous person who made all the paperwork less stressful. All in all, I am enjoying driving the KIA Optima that I purchased and would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership or refer my friends and family to do the same. More
