Bad service after the sale. Great salesmanship during sale. The Monday after I called Richard twice and he did not return call. Great from start to finish. I went to just look but between the sales person and financing person I was sold. I had my old car towed in and it had a blown engine. I started looking around and test drove the Forte. It was great, handles good and a comfortable ride with nice safety features. That with the 1.9% financing and the 100,000 warranty had me sold.
