He answered all of our questions and gave my husband and I time to talk things over. Not once did we ever feel pressure or uneasy. He is exactly how a sale person should be. We are very happy with the car and have purchased from halleen before. Each time we've had different salesmen and I can honestly say that we've never had a bad experience. Pleased with my experience My first experience with this dealership was with the employee, Taylor. She e-mailed me and gave me a phone call letting me know I was pre-approved. S My first experience with this dealership was with the employee, Taylor. She e-mailed me and gave me a phone call letting me know I was pre-approved. She let me know what I needed to bring to the dealership and what to expect. I really liked the fact that she responded so quickly and made the initial process very smooth. Our salesman was Leon, he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the cars. I did get the impression though that he wasn't very interested in the sale. He wasn't willing to work with us on numbers and I felt because I was young he thought he could just stick me with anything. We would ask him a question or tell him what he wanted and he would say "well, that's not going to work that way..." and not tell us what we could do. We felt that is the point of car shopping is to negotiate and work with each other a little bit. We know they are capable of doing so. The last person I dealt with was Patrick, the financial manager. He was very helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was signing, explained everything to me, and chatted with me the whole time. You can tell he is very passionate about his job and the company he works for. It was a real pleasure working with Patrick. More

A trip to Halleen Kia We were in the market for a new car/suv, we visited one dealership and I was online this morning and found the exact color we had wanted, I called up We were in the market for a new car/suv, we visited one dealership and I was online this morning and found the exact color we had wanted, I called up to Halleen and spoke to Jay. He told me he would hold the keys so noone else could buy it out from under us, since we live 1 1/2 hours a way.
