He's friendly, fun, high-energy and never comes across with the stereotypical 'hard-sell' approach (which frankly would be a big 'negative' to me). He bends over backwards to make the buying experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible and got us exactly the kind of deal we were looking for. Perfect! More
