EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD BEEN TO HALLEEN KIA SEVERAL TIMES LOOKING TO LEASE ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WERE NOT PUSHY, WHICH MAKES FOR A GRE I HAD BEEN TO HALLEEN KIA SEVERAL TIMES LOOKING TO LEASE ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WERE NOT PUSHY, WHICH MAKES FOR A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I WAS NOT TOTALLY SURE WHAT EXACTLY I WANTED, AS I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN LEASING AN OPTIMA THAT I REALLY ENJOYED . I HAD STOPPED AT THE DEALERSHIP AFTER HOURS TO LOOK AT THE CARS ON THE LOT AGAIN. ONE OF THE SALES PEOPLE CAME OUT AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. TOLD HIM I WAS JUST LOOKING AGAIN AND WOULD COME BACK THE NEXT WORKING SAY. Fantastic! I contacted and test drove a Forte on the far Eastside of Cleveland. They seemed that they did not want to make a deal on the car. I then did some research on line and contacted Kris Coulter on line . She was vey helpful who then past me on to Aaron Houser who help finalize the deal for me. Steve Stein was also terrific going over the details of the loan Hat off to all the stakk The experience was well the hour plus drive the West side to purchase my new car. I highly recommend Halleen Kia for a great deal! More

They lied to me and charged 1500$ more than agreed. During the negotiations with the salesmen we agreed that I would pay blue book value for the car. The car was valued at 6400$. I was naive to trust them after we agreed on that price and did not thoroughly read through the paper work. I put 2000$ down so the loan would have been for only 4400$. After calculating the payments and adding to the down payment I will be paying a total of 11,000$ for a 6400$ car More
