Great buying experience!!! I was just beginning my search for a new 'used' vehicle. I really hadn't intended to make a purchase so quickly. My husband and I had looked at a new Kia Soul last year (with Aaron, who was very helpful as well), so it was among my top choice this time around. Laura greeted us, asked what I was looking for, and really listened. She was friendly and helpful, without being pushy or overbearing. She went out of her way to show and help me with many of the features of my new Soul. While going over all the finance paperwork, Charles was very personable and really made me feel at ease (during what can be a very stressful experience).
