Above and beyond I accompanied my son and his girlfriend into Halleen Kia today for her first new vehicle purchase. Martial Lester assisted us with the process. When we told Martial that the car would be for my son's girlfriend he spent the remainder of the process addressing his comments to her and did not try to sell me the car or talk over her head. He was very patient and explained all of the purchase/lease options and answered all of her questions. After the sale he accompanied her out to her new Soul and took the time to explain each and every button and switch on the car to her and walked her through their operation. I have bought several cars over the years and frequently the sales staff does not even know what all of the buttons do. Not so for Martial. He knew the operation of the Soul' systems backward and forward. We were very happy and impressed. We would certainly consider returning for our next new car purchase. More

It was one of the best decisions I've made. The staff there was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable about the inventory. Aaaron, the sales rep who I dealt with with was like a human owner's guide and very pleasant to deal with. In addition to the euphoria of getting 0% APR for 66 months with the "Summer's on us" sales event after paying 23% on my 1st car (not from Halleen Kia) just 2 years prior, the atmosphere of the whole place was very welcoming. And my Optima has been everything I wanted it to be. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get into a Kia. More
