My wife and I told our salesperson, James, exactly what we needed; a car quickly at a very specific monthly price. We went in thinking of one thing but James, who recognized our needs without an agenda of his own, talked us through our options, and made the entire process very simple and easy. I went in thinking I was going to have to settle for a used car I didn't really want; I left in a brand new Optima on a very reasonable lease with plans to drive it for a long, long time. Great buying experience at Halleen Kia After dealing with a local dealership (Ganley), we had enough and decided to go in another direction. We stated it was an he immediately took the car up to have it appraised and returned with a fair trade for our vehicle. John showed my husband a couple of different vehicles we were interested in, no pressure sales, just car shopping made easy. We eventually chose one they had on their showroom floor (2012 Kia Optima EX Turbo with upgraded interior package). We chose to finance through Halleen and they managed to get a 5.99 finance rate down to a 3.57. Just good business practices all the way around. We even got a promise from an owner himself that we get free car washes as long as we owned this car! That made my husband happy. Thanks John for everything you did above and beyond selling us a car.
