We had already been shopping for about 2 weeks, and had so far decided that we would have to compromise on some of the things we were looking for in our new vehicle, simply because we couldn't afford the larger, newer car we wanted. Within 5 minutes of talking with Richard, he seemed to have a complete grasp of what we wanted, and what we didn't, and he never once tried to push us into something outside of our price range (EVERY other dealer at other dealerships we had been to had made at least one comment about "Well, if you could just go up another $20-$30...."). He was very good with our son, interacting with him and listening to the things he was saying, which means so much to parents. Anyways, we found the absolute PERFECT car for us, within our budget, and better than we could have even imagined. Richard went totally above and beyond for us, staying later than he was supposed to, investigating every single option for us to get the best deal possible. I grabbed a bunch of his business cards, and can't wait to recommend Halleen Kia, and Richard Kwiatkowski to ALL of my friends and family. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
