Professional and accommodating It all started the night before when we visited another dealership with the intent to purchase a Kia soul. We were treated with terrible disrespect with the sales manager trying to get the most money out of us that they possibly could. I told them what my bottom line was and they went about trying to prove why they couldn't meet my price and terms. After being greeted at Halleeen Kia by James we were made to feel most comfortable. He offered us a beverage and then sat us down at his desk to ask us what it was that we were looking for in our new Kia. We gave him the same criteria that we had given the previous evening. He took this to his sales manager and said we can't meet your exact terms but this is what we can do for you. It was only $11 more than we had originally asked. (The other dealer wanted $200.00 more for a lesser car.) We figured no big deal and we leased the car. It was truly a great experience from beginning to end and I will certainly go back into business with them the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
