Fantastic, Efficient, Friendly, Professional Justin greeted us within 2 minutes of arrival. He was both friendly and courteous yet completely professional. We test drove a 2015 Sorento and a 2015 Justin greeted us within 2 minutes of arrival. He was both friendly and courteous yet completely professional. We test drove a 2015 Sorento and a 2015 Optima. After some discussion and guidance from Justin, we chose the Sorento to lease. He explained the lease process thoroughly so we understood. We told him what we could afford and he and the business manager made it happen. Ho haggling over pricing. It was all so easy and FAST! Then we met with Charles and did all the form signing which was also was accomplished efficiently. Within 2 hrs, I was the proud owner of a new Sorento!
