No help at all I contacted Halleen kia with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. I submitted an application on their web site and received a prompt response. But I contacted Halleen kia with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. I submitted an application on their web site and received a prompt response. But after the initial reply from Phyllis and a call from Laura I replied back that I would like to exchange as much info as I could through email as I am very busy with work and have accomplished many business transactions using this method. Since then I have heard nothing. No reply emails, no phone calls, no smoke signals, not a word. I have worked sales and customer service for a long time and I am a retail manager. This is Not how you handle customer service. You reply to customer comments and requests in a timely manner and try to assist every person the best you can. If you can't help or have no options available you tell them in stead of just completely ignoring the situation. I do not and will not ever recommend anyone do business with Halleen Kia. More

The Best! I have not bought a car in 12 years, I'm frugal, lol I shopped at many dealerships and no one wanted to give the the time of day. They must of sensed, I was not a buy a car today customer. About my 7th stop, i went to Halleen Kia and met Laura Campbell. She was amazing! She took the time to show me every car on her lot that fit my needs and let me test drive a few to compare. She asked me a lot of questions to figure out what I wanted and told me she thought the Kia Soul fit my needs. I drug it out and probably drove every car on her lot. ( been 12 years) I left, and she followed up with me, respectfully. I came back and bought a Kia Soul! She was right and put me in the perfect car for my needs. Thank you Laura for putting up with me. I will send everyone I know to Laura and Halleen Kia. More

Great new car and a whole lot more I had been looking around at some specific models and I visited other dealers to test drive what certified cars they had. Every salesperson I talked to was not considerate of any of my requests or financial needs. So far my experience was disappointing. Then I stopped to look at Halleen and that is when everything was different. I had found a vehicle I was interested in and received excellent service from the moment I began to speak with Jim McConville. The entire time was pleasant, informative and professional. I never knew car buying could be like this. Jim wanted to know what my needs were and really made an effort to satisfy me. He was very good at explaining all aspects of my purchase and answered any questions. He didn't do any marble mouth/wispering or fast talking and really made me feel comfortable. At no time during or after my purchase did I feel anxious or not sure. Halleen has been the best car buying experience I have had. I addition to being professional and providing a great experience, they also have the cleanest cars and showroom in town. More

After spending days on the computer researching different dealerships, and going so far as doing "man on the street" interviews about the car I was c After spending days on the computer researching different dealerships, and going so far as doing "man on the street" interviews about the car I was considering, ( I'm surprised I wasn't arrested as the "Kia owner stalker"), I finally decided I was going to hunt down a Kia Soul at Halleen Kia. Just a few days prior to going I found some friends who highly recommended Halleen also, and suggested that I talk to Richard. What an experience ! I'm on a fixed income, and told Richard right at the start, "if you can't work what I can afford, let me know now". I could ramble on and on, but I'll come to the point. Richard put me into a "new to me" Kia that I can afford, and that far exceeds my expectations in looks and performance. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, and the dealership goes above and beyond in their efforts to please. Steve made signing the final papers effortless. Be prepared to go home with a car, a wealth of knowledge and a new comfort level with car dealerships if you go there.Richard says what he means and means what he says. He made a believer out of me. Outstanding I want to write to say thank you to Dave and the team that helped me get into my "new to me" Kia Forte. I went into the dealership with pre-approved I want to write to say thank you to Dave and the team that helped me get into my "new to me" Kia Forte. I went into the dealership with pre-approved credit with a certain finance company. We looked at a couple of vehicles and ended up selecting the 2011 Forte. Unfortunately, the finance I went in with was not sufficient to cover what we needed and fit within our budget. Dave worked with the team and was able to secure finance with another company at a much lower rate and worked with us to ensure the payments fit within our budget. The team worked an hour and a half after the dealership had closed for the night to make sure I went home with my new car. Thank you to Dave and the rest of the team for your outstanding effort that was above and beyond anything I've experience buying any product in the past. More

Out of State Purchase. Indiana. Very Satisfied. I was looking for a specific KIA with all the bells and whistles but didn't want to pay what the dealerships in Indianapolis were charging. So, I sta I was looking for a specific KIA with all the bells and whistles but didn't want to pay what the dealerships in Indianapolis were charging. So, I started looking online. To be honest, two dealerships would meet my price, one in Detroit and the other in New Olmstead, OH. Being a huge Tigers fan, I said ok, I am headed to Detroit, but Detroit was playing Cleveland in Cleveland that weekend. This is where Jim McConville comes in. Jim was recommended to me from Nilda. He was a great guy. I worked out a great price with Him and Nilda and I couldn't be any happier with the purchase and the entire experience that I had with Jim McConville and Halleen Kia as my dealer. I saved over $1,000 over the three Indianapolis dealerships lowest price. I used $300 of that savings to pay for three tickets to an overtime Tigers win baseball game, and the evening with my son which was priceless. I will look again at Halleen when we eventually trade in my wife's van. Jim did a great job by helping me program the bluetooth to my phone and showing the options on the car. The staff did a great job getting me in and out with the paperwork. The whole process was very smooth. Nilda was my original contact who put me in contact with Jim. One downside, and it has nothing to do the service. Indiana doesn't charge tax on the $250 DOC and dealer fee, only on the price of the vehicle. My local BMV said I paid too much taxes on this purchase. I am okay with that since I saved a lot of money. I just wanted to bring it to the dealers attention for any future Indiana purchasers. To be honest, I was just looking and arrived an hour before closing thinking the sales people wouldn't 'bother' me and I could just look by myself. It's so hard to find car salesman with integrity and I feel comfortable with and I can trust. I was looking at the car online, but never intended to drive it off the lot today, but it was all because of Richard's service. John and Oleg also made the experience seamless and stress free.
