Charles was knowledgeable about the loan process, and helped me to understand all facets of leasing a car. Even when a small error was made (by someone else), Charles took the time and effort to find a way to correct it and make me satisfied. He gave me a three year maintenance package and $1,000 toward my next lease in the future. I feel like he went above and beyond what he had to do, all while cracking jokes and creating an inviting atmosphere. He is a great asset to the dealership and will make your experience phenomenal.
