I needed to trade in my car and wanted to check out the KIAs. Mark was extremely helpful, I did not feel pressured and I felt he was very honest and upfront. I like the Soul immediately. I feel I got a good price and a fair amount for my trade in. Mark was fun to work with, he made the experience painless. After signing my husband and I went out to eat, I had forgotten my license, Mark tried to track us down to return it! What a guy. I would recommend Halleen, Mark and KIAs.

I was on my fifth day of car shopping and feeling pretty burnt out talking to car salesmen, when I went up to Halleen to test drive a Kia Forte Koup. The Koup was one of only 3 or 4 of that model that were used in the whole area, so I needed to try it out. I was kind of rude to Jim at the beginning, because like I said, I'd been talking to car salesmen for close to a week and I just wanted to get straight down to it. I ended up regretting my attitude a little bit because Jim was absolutely a great and genuine guy. I didn't buy the night I test drove, but I knew I wanted that car. Next day I was in there again and Jim really worked hard to get me into that car. My credit isn't well established but Jim worked with me and we came to a deal I could afford. The whole process was very painless and Jim never once seemed to lose the awesome attitude that he had from the beginning. I'm very happy with my purchase, love the car, and would definitely go see Jim again if I need another vehicle in the future.

I had the privilege of visiting the Halleen Kia dealership and having Jim McConville as my sales consultant. Jim was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but friendly as well without being 'pushy' or overly aggressive as some consultants can be. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to be helpful in getting me the best possible deal. I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from him and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a good, used vehicle without all the unnecessary sales pitches. Kudos to Mr. McConville!

I was very impressed with this dealership. The ability to chat with an associate on a Sunday afternoon kept me interested in the vehicle that I ultimately purchased. Once I had the technical information that I needed, the associate that I was chatting with online asked if I would like to have a sales associate contact me that evening (Sunday evening!). Jim M contacted me and was very honest and forward with me about the questions that I had. There was no pressure, he just answered the questions and actually took additional digital pictures of the vehicle and texted them to me at my request.

I drove from Detroit to North Olmstead, OH to buy this vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Purchasing a used vehicle couldn't have gone any smoother. Negotiating a purchase of a car that I personally had not seen or driven put me in a position to "trust" exactly what Jim McConville relayed about the vehicle. Jim was very thorough, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. Our family lives in Grove City, OH and to negotiate a purchase of a car without physically being at the dealership isn't my normal way of doing business. However, Jim made it happen and we couldn't be more happy. My daughter loves the vehicle and the entire process was hassle free. I would seriously refer anyone to Jim at the Halleen dealership when they are looking to purchase either a used or new car.

i am so pleased with halleenkia!
