We received great service from Wilson Kia this past week. I took my daughter’s Kia Sportage to Wilson Kia Service for investigation of some throttle hesitation she was feeling accelerating off from stop ligh I took my daughter’s Kia Sportage to Wilson Kia Service for investigation of some throttle hesitation she was feeling accelerating off from stop lights. Greg Smith and his team identified the problem and fixed it. Also, while the car was with them they performed other Warranty recall analysis and checked a few items that we were not even aware had been reported by Kia. It is always nice to be surprised by great service these days. The car was in, and out, the same day. Also, I appreciate Greg working Monday, a MLK holiday for many, but he said he came in because he had so many appointments that he felt he needed to be in the office.
