Great customer service I had gone in for a routine oil change and luckily they did a full inspection and realized my brakes were almost completely worn. It was very odd the brakes were worn so quickly, at just over 16k miles, but Bianca and Charlie were happy to work with me to see how they could help, and were able to convicnce Mazda to cover the entire repair.
