It's so common to hear horror stories of people dropping their cars off at other dealerships, that we didn't have such high expectations. Fortunately, we were treated like family by Steve during our first visit. A few days later we had a nail stuck in our tire and needed it removed. Minutes before closing, they were willing to accommodate us in our emergency. Upon our arrival, Steve recognized us from earlier and once again gave us stellar service! I can't put into words how nice it feels to be treated like a human being and not just another number. Thank you so much, Steve and the Hamilton Mazda team- you have two clients for life and we are already looking forward to our next purchase! And we love the quiet, immaculate waiting area! I purchased a 2019 Mazda3 Hatchback w/ Preferred Package from Hamilton Mazda. The vehicle was a lease return with just 16000 miles. I saw the car when it first arrived on the lot, and was not yet in any condition to be “presented.” The dealership sent the vehicle to their body shop, then to their service department repair shop. In order to qualify as a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle, the car needed to pass a comprehensive multi-point inspection. At no additional cost to me, the fuel pump was replaced, two new tires were mounted, and a new battery was installed. Finally, the detailing shop did a great job in “transforming” the car since I had initially seen it, and I can honestly say that it is now basically a brand new vehicle. I wish thank everyone involved in the repair and preparation of the car prior to completing the sale.
