Every time I come here I don’t feel like an appreciated client. Maybe it’s because I am a female and young but I’ve been here a few times for service after buying my car here and can say there’s never a wa client. Maybe it’s because I am a female and young but I’ve been here a few times for service after buying my car here and can say there’s never a warm welcome from any of the service desk team. additionally, the waiting area is small. I would appreciate me being notified where my car is after service is complete and not go on a scavenger hunt through the other Mazdas on the car lot to find it. I understand this is not a luxury car brand so may not get luxury service but would expect to be treated like a valued client (as if I didn’t just financed a brand new car here). More
It was good, but the service tech didn't send a thorough video of my car multi point inspection as they usually do. Also I asked for my tires rotated, and I think they did it?
