THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE. The current service advisor, Adolfo, is incompetent and will lie to your face. He will tell you that some work or test was performed on your car that The current service advisor, Adolfo, is incompetent and will lie to your face. He will tell you that some work or test was performed on your car that actually WAS NOT PERFORMED. The lie he told me cost me almost $200 (FALSE DIAGNOSTIC service fee) and would have cost me over $800 if I had taken his repair recommendation. I ultimately had to have the problem with my car repaired elsewhere at an honest and competent repair shop. My experience convinced me that Hanlees is only concerned with fleecing as many Nissan owners as possible....providing customers with quality service and honesty isn't on its radar. STAY FAR FAT FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP. More
