After dropping off the vehicle at 10am at the service department (Jack) said it would be ready at 3:30pm, but wasn't ready until after 5pm. He said it needed a new radiator and water pump, and work to repair an oil leak totaling $5,700.87 This is a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with less than 40,000 miles. Seriously, I may be old but I'm not stupid. This work was unnecessary according to a follow up inspection. This will be posted on Yelp and and other review sites and needless to say I will NEVER return to this Dealership again for anything! Also, according to my follow-up inspection the oil appeared dirtier than it should have been after a change and the cap for the oil filter was dirty, indicating that it may not have been removed. A good mechanic will clean it off before reinstalling. I can't absolutely verify this until I have the oil tested. More

I spoke with lily on the phone after I knew what vehicle I wanted and she was happy to run numbers to get my monthly where I wanted it. She was very helpful and responsive. She inquired about my trade in and was up front and honest. I met with Carlos and he very helpful with the information. He gave me the option of the warranty and based on his explanation I purchased the warranty. I liked that he wasn't trying to xx me and answered my questions when I had them. The whole experience was seamless and I don't plan on buying again soon but I would definitely shop there again More
